Our extraction system offers the following advantages:
1. Short extraction times
Thanks to an optimized thermodynamic
steam flow, extraction times have been reduced from the three to eight hours
of traditional steam extraction equipment to between 20 and 120 minutes, depending
on the material to
be extracted.
2. Processing of fresh plants
The technique used in our
equipment has been refined to allow extraction of essential oils from fresh
plants.
This saves drying costs and storage space.
3. Production of high-quality
oils
The thermodynamic principle
allows unpressurized and gentle vaporization even at temperatures under 100°C,
so that only minor strain is put on the thermolabile components of the oil
during the extraction process. Using
our systems, an ultra-pure essential oil is produced, which does not require
any further treatment.
Even hydrophilic oils, such as that of common balm, can be easily separated.
4. Minimal logistics required
Our extraction systems are
available both for stationary operation and use in the field. Power supply by means
of motor-drived electrical generator (at regnest
vegetable oil engine) and closed cooling circuit make
them ecologically safe.
5. Flexible and cost-effective
The equipment is designed
to process any plant species that contains essential oils. It makes no difference
whether the material to be extracted has just been harvested or is partially
wilted or whether it consists of herbaceous plants, seeds, roots or dried
products.
6. High oil yield
Tests have demonstrated
that an oil yield of up to 98% can be achieved with our series-production
systems.
7. Easy operation and maintenance
Our extraction equipment
is easy to operate and to clean. Its design makes it virtually maintenance-free.
None
of our systems requires TÜV certification.
8. Easy operation by pneumatic
control engineering
(out of TWE 66 and TWE 125)
No electronical control engineering!
After filling of the extraction cylinders they swivel pneumatically into
extraction position. By steam essential oils, aromas and flavours get out
of the material to be extracted. The steam-oil-mixture condense within the
cooler and separates in a oil-separation vessel.
After the extraction round slew the extraction cylinders into the filling-/empty-position
and empty.
